I'm going to be very nil with words here as they seem to repeat each eagle entry I make.
These shots were from a couple different days. I'm just now getting around to adding text (Feb. 22nd) and I haven't been out since. The seagulls were quite relentless the first day I was out. They made the eagles earn their keep, that's for sure.
Every time an eagle would get close, a seagull would chase him off.....and the eagle took it. I'm not sure if they realize they could quickly end the fight if they wanted to.
Couple juveniles fighting over a fish. I wish this would have been a bit closer.
Oops! Dropped his meal. He did the talon-to-beak transfer but couldn't pull it off.
