There were so many opportunities now. Couldn't blink otherwise I'd miss
another opportunity. Very active!
Warding off another.
Here is one of the Russian guys with their slingshot rig. That thing
was putting those dead fish out there about 200 feet. It was pretty
funny to watch. As soon as the fish would hit the water, you could see
the white heads start bobbing in the trees, watching the fish as they
floated. Then one would leave its perch, followed by anoher, and
another....and even though there could be 10 fish in the water at one
time, there would always be a fight over who got one first.
That fish stayed in the water for about 10 seconds.
Bye bye bald eagles 2009-2010! I've had enough for this season. It's
time for storms. I've never been so fed up with winter as I am this
year. Snow was pretty cool and interesting the first few snow storms,
but now the bitter cold and the snow just makes me sick. First chase is
just around the corner!
