I got a little bored of fishing
for a bit
so I decided to mess around a while. |

Apparently all sorts of animals
are
fooled by the rubber topwater frog. This FROG actually attacked this one as well, and it startled my brother. When he set the hook, it actually imbedded in its leg. Poor little fella. |
|
Ahh, so THAT is what we are fishing for. The frogs got a little bored I guess and it was time for the fish to start biting. |
|
This shot could have used
a better piece of glass to shoot with. The sun was lighting up these leaves much brighter than this picture shows. This was the Hennepin Canal once again. |
|
Walking back to my truck,
I happened
to look to the north and noticed this AWESOME anvil formation. I wish I would have known the exposure secret I found out later in the year for this shot. |
|
Heading back into town, I
saw
this fenceline and thought it would be a good shot. Unfortunately, the sky and anvil were a little over exposed. |
|
This was slightly touched
up in
Photoshop to show the knuckle section underneath the sheared top. |
|
The sunset later on. I wish
the
old tractor in the foreground would have showed up better. |
