Yet
another short entry. Some EXTREMELY slow moving storms made there was
eastward and a slow, agonizing wait was in store. While I waited, I
figured I would make some use out of the situation. I decided to make a
short little timelapse of the storm moving in. It was just alright,
nothing too special. I actually quit the timelapse right when the shelf
was getting close. Everything before then was garbage anyway.
Finally getting here, showing shelf-like structure, although very
small.
The orange lights are city lights in the distance.
One of the very few bolts I managed to nab tonight.
I don't really know why I liked this shot so much. There is no
structure and no lightning, but I think it's still sort of neat.
Weak, but at this point I am still hard up for a good lightning op.
Definitely not much to write up here since it's all self-explanatory.
There is a very notable rain drop just left of due center of this
image. I absolutely HATE light rain. I always seem to get that darn
anvil rain which always screws up opportunites. I'd rather it downpour
than try shooting in anvil rain.
