Looks like we'll be heading out today.  Could be a decent chase day with all the different parameter coming together.  Going to have great moisture, instability, fantastic wind shear to work with. 

 

We'll be heading up towards northern Iowa.  That area will be on the nose of the best instability and moisture, and on the southern edge of the best wind shear and dynamic lift.  I like the idea that we'll be on the southern edge of the highest wind speeds at 500mb.
